The cadet course enables young people the chance to referee mini soccer games. These games are played on a modified mini field using modified rules of the game. This provides a great stepping stone for future development as a full field referee and is a great way for childdren to earn a bit of pocket money.

 

Much like the cadets, the game leader course provides the opportunity for young people to referee small sided soccer games. a relativly new initative small sided soccer is a version of soccer played on an ultra modified field with modified rules of the game. this course also provides a great stepping stone for young children to develop their skills as referees and is a great way to earn a bit of pocket money.
